Ужасно!!! Я установила, оплатила и вместо безопасного доступа в интернет мой телефон перестал нормально ловить сеть. VPN так и не установился. Теперь телефон глючит при входе в WiFi, хотя программу я удалила.

I am an IT professional and use this VPN to encrypt my connection when travelling, or to change my IP location for testing applications and things for work. The price is very reasonable. There are official clients available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS (more than I will ever require) which receive frequent updates to stay current and fix security issues. The support team are amazing and respond promptly to all requests. The VPN is reliable and simple to setup and use. The connection is very fast and I notice hardly any decrease in speed when using the VPN as opposed to raw connection.

It worked about 3 weeks, then suddenly and unexplained went south. After 4-5 days of emails and "fixes" meant for a programmer or computer expert, I STILL could not get it to work.(NO phone numbers available....another negative) I finally totally uninstalled through programs and features, then reinstalled using PIA downloader. Yea, the icons showed I was protected, but using the companies own website I was so NOT protected with the site pinpointing my real IP,IPS,hometown and other info. I turned off the computer and rebooted, only to arrive right back with the original problem of 4-5 days earlier. The program does not play well with Sandboxie, AVG, Windows 7 or Mozilla apparently. These programs or similar are the same most who would even want a VPN likely also have. I have requested my money back even though their site says 7 day money back guarantee, we'll see. Note: Beware..IF you do get this service don't buy a year as I did unless your's actually works for at least the first month. Ticket # 504705 UPDATE Today I got my credit card statement and on it was... "Dec 23 PRIVATEINTERNETACCESS Internet... credit -$39.95" They returned my full amount even though it was over 7 days. Good people, but lousy product. based on this I'll up them from 1 star to 3

Amazing for £30 a year - speeds are consistent or better than other VPNs but best of all is the software (best I've used has DNS & IPv6 protection, Kill Switch, Connect At Startup) - their website is full of information and way more helpful than others I've used, they even have a speed test section you can use to see how their servers will perform before you sign up. also they use extra layers of security than other VPNs such as Multiplexing all customers data to servers....expensive if you pay monthly, but pay yearly and its cheap as chips - Android software is brill, same options as Windows software, switch between servers on the fly - no crashing unlike other VPNs I've used - deffo the best
