The good: Multiple payment options (including BTC and gift cards). Lots of access points. The bad: Slow as ****. My gigabit connection slams down to around 200mbit regardless of which server I connect to; so this is not good for streaming or downloading stuff.

I would give this company 0 stars if. I could. Customer service dose not exist in any practicable way. N0 phone for customer service, only email.It takes 24hr. for a rep to return my email. Passwords and user name never worked nor resolved. Unable to download on all my devices. It is now to late to get my my money back. Do not buy this product.

I've been using PIA for over a year now and am extremely happy with it! It is very easy to install, at least on Linux Mint and Windows 10. Before I started, I tested other VPN services, but they slowed down my Internet connection so much, that I was unable to stream a video. Not so with PIA! My download speed went from 19.15 Mbps down to 18.04 Mbps, which is totally acceptable for me. I can't tell you whether their Support is good or not, there seems to be a lot of disagreement on that, because I haven't needed them yet. Default settings are o.k., so, just install and you're good to go. As far as I'm concerned, their price is great too; $ 39,95 for one year and five devices, who can complain about that? Keep up the great work PIA!
