Reliable and effective. I use PIA on two cell phones, a tablet and two laptops (although I rarely use the laptops anymore). It works seamlessly at home (US) and abroad, and has helped me stay connected in places where I would have bailed in the past. A reasonable cost for the protections offered.

Hands down, the best VPN I ever used. Cheap and reliable! Wasn't really comfortable with all the other VPN services out there, as their reputation is questionable at best, and they may or may not keep logs. And I'm not really comfortable with a 3rd party having access to all my visited websites, nevermind my ISP being able to do so aswell, which is why I got a VPN in the first place.

I have been using PIA for three years now. They are trusted, easy to use Desktop and mobile apps, and have good customer service. I had a billing mix up, they fixed it in 24 hrs. Rochelle E. did an excellent Job!

Such a great VPN service. Dead simple to get started with thanks to the very user-friendly software and knowledge base. Good connection speeds makes secure torrenting easy, don't have to worry about big speed drops. No bandwidth limits, no logs. Mobile app support for painless mobile VPN use. Really excellent service overall, and you can also pay for it with crypto which makes it even better.

Zo. Klik, klik, klaar... Zo wil ik het graag zien. Goedkoop en uitstekend geregeld, binnen no time mijn VPN aan het draaien. Niets op af te dingen; de apps zitten goed in elkaar, en de verbindingen zijn stabiel.

Hides IP so can download from torrents. Love it. Have to disconnect for BofA online banking and stuff like that. Works great in my Linux Lite Desktop.

The internet speed is fast enough, and the software they provide (for windows, android) makes switching between VPN servers extremely easy. I haven't had any experience with customer service so I can't say anything about that. All in all, for me it's worth the money

I purchased a two year subscription. I submitted a support ticket to unblock my SMTP servers two days ago. I got an automated response that they had received my request and then nothing else. My SMTP servers are still blocked. I'm going to ask for a refund tomorrow. 546597 You do realize that responding to negative reviews with offers of help when you won't process support tickets in a timely manner only makes you look worse.

Très bon VPN, le site ne paye pas forcément de mine mais la qualité des services est au RDV. Seule chose l'application Android consomme énormément de batterie, j'ai contourné le problème en installant "open vpn" et en y ajoutant mes identifiants PIA.
