Price and easy of setup very good. Unfortunately two problems kept me from keeping it: [1] Slowness of internet when PIA is connected [2] Geographic identity problems with Amazon Prime and BBC iPlayer.

As I am a gamer, the lack of ability to only limit the VPN to HTTP/HTTPS (or via browser) make the product less useful for me. (I have tried the Chrome extension but it doesn't work well. For example 1 website can be accessed fine with PIA desktop application but banned by using the extension). So everytime I do online gaming I have to turn off the PIA so if I want to browse blocked websites and the same time, I have to stop playing so it's annoying. Other than that, the service is good, I often get full speed and PIA desktop application is easy to use. So I will give 5 stars if the gaming aspect is addressed later.

I have had private internet access off and on for 10 years now and I think it's the easiest, cheapest, vpn changer around. You don't know who can get your passwords for your bank, investments, ect… Private Internet Access protects that. Now a days with your browser remembering your passwords you forget them after a few months. Having protection is a plus. They have always been kind, cautious, and friendly to me. My friend who introduced me uses a different service but I notice the speed of his computer fluctuates when he is using his. I have no slowing down with Private Internet Access.

Works well.......but it reduces my internet speed by 25%and blocks access to some well known news sites...otherwise works as it says it would.
