although its great for certain programs not tracking your every movement and sites visited it really slows down your viewing experience. ie. try watching amazon prime or netflix through this. its constantly buffering. remove this filter and all is fine. Please get this fixed. movies are for watching not start/stop viewing

I've used Private Internet Access for a couple of years, great service, easy setup, and they have servers in many different countries. I would recommend them to any and all.

Been using the service for around a week now, it been extremely easy to use, the test will be when I am travelling with my job and still having access to something like the BBC iPlayer.

When it worked, it worked fine but, as far as I can tell, PIA did not shield my true IP nor my location. I thought it was my browser(s), cleared the cache and it *appeared* to work. However, checked at a later time through various IP sites and browsers to find out I was not being shielded. Support responds with a "sorry we're real busy but we'll get back to you" email. Not good. I've had better support from FREE VPNs. I asked for a refund seeing that it's within the 7-day trial period and again got the "sorry we're real busy but we'll get back to you" email. I'm beginning to see a pattern and understand why it's only a 7-day trial. EDIT: In response: 543663 (I think, because I can't seem to locate it on your website). You have my email address. Please respond using it because this is NOT the way to conduct business.

This VPN has excellent credentials and is straightforward to install and use on both computers and mobiles. Since I am living and working in Taiwan, I would like to see it added to the connection points to speed up the service here.
