So far, so good. Installed on phone, kindle and Linux very easily. Links have expired so when I finish installing new OS, I will have to connect with tech re downloading for it, but if that goes as smoothly as everything else has, I'm happy camper

I purchased this 3 days ago and am having major problems. I am unable to use my firestick nor cellphone when the PIA is connected. I am very disappointed and was really looking forward to using this service but using these items without connection to the PIA is useless.

I purchased the product on the 10th February. After spending several hours in an attempt to install the product I logged support ticket 558687. I finally received a response this morning i.e. three days later, asking me (in the main) to regurgitate information already supplied. Unless - by some miracle - the issue is resolved by Friday I will be asking for a refund, {UPDATED} It took two requests to obtain my refund, this being after a senior support engineer advising that PIA didn't have a work-around for the TAP issue, I had in the meanwhile installed L2TP - adequate for my needs - and was prepared to sign up (again) with PIA subject to the answers to a couple of trivial questions when I received the following response from PIA: "As with regard to your account, it is fully terminated and no longer active, as per request." In short, now that you have cancelled, don't bother us. And sufficient for me to stick with my one-star rating.

Après une installation difficile (identifiant, mot de passe), elle s'est faite sur mes ordinateurs et fonctionne sans problème, excepté que pour Outlook, Microsoft me notifie un message d'erreur (il ne reconnaît plus le lieu de connexion). Cela démontre l'efficacité du programme !
