It works good so far on multiple devices. My main computer is linux and there are no glitches. In fact the speed is greater than without PIA. Not sure why that is other than I'm using a server in San Jose which is less congested than the local one. My only downside is that it won't connect to sites like Craigslist. The server is red listed.
The problems that I reported previously have been resolved in the newer version. The tool works well, connects in most places, and gives me peace of mind when I'm using a public wifi spot.

I signed up with PIA 4 days ago and installed it according to website, after watching the video. I had an immediate problem accessing certain sites, receiving the following message "This video is restricted from playing in your current geographic region". I detailed the installation, the error message etc and submitted a support ticket 'for immediate assistance'. Four days later, I'm still waiting for that immediate assistance. I'm very disappointed in the (lack of) customer service. At this time, I would definitely NOT recommend this service. Support Ticket #555635

First time VPN user and couldnt be happier. The IOS app is great and so simple to use, and its great being able to use it on multiple devices. Definitely recommend.
