I have never had such bad service in my life! I've had to wait at least 24 hours for an answer to a question I should never need to ask. I have not yet been able to get PIA to work on my computer and each time I write to explain what is happening it takes sometimes 2 days only to get questions from the help desk and then another day to get a response and that response had so many things in it I needed to do..... there is no way I want to buy a service only to get a dead end several days later. I first paid for and tried to install PIA last Sunday, it's now Thursday night and I got a response that I needed to "Add these files", there are several of them. Some of you reading may understand what that means, but while I am NOT a newbe when it comes to computers (I have developed several of my own and others websites) I do not know how to do what they asked me to do. If you want seamless purchasing of software you can try PIA but it is a roll of the dice and if it doesn't go smoothly, it could be days before you can use it. I am asking for a full refund. I just signed up with another VPN and it worked seamlessly, loaded quickly and was in operation very fast - good price too.

Суппорт на уровне детского сада… Суппорт на уровне детского сада ясельной группы. Кто не в курсе - с софтом есть известный баг - при установке на русскую винду (7 или 10 неважно) после перезагрузки компа программа перестаёт грузиться. Чтобы она грузилась, нужно каждый раз ВРУЧНУЮ удалять файлы C:\Program Files\pia_manager\log\*.pid здесь. Собственно, я сперва обратился в суппорт, а затем нашёл решение. Решение написал сотрудник компании на форуме - сотый запрос в гугле (пришлось поискать). Официальный ответ первый: "Спасибо за ваш ответ, я закрываю тикет.", когда я спросил, все ли в порядке у них с головой, мне ответили "Сорри" и в письме задали вопросы из серии "какая у вас ОС". Стоит ли говорить, что ответы на все вопросы я уже дал ПРИ ЗАПОЛНЕНИИ РЕКВЕСТА. А версию винды продублировал отдельно. Клинический баран по имени Farid K., передаю большой привет. / useless support team, Farid K. is one of the most dumb person in support I've ever encountered.
