While service works; it does prevent accessing certain secure sites (banking, etc) unless you disconnect the VPN; also I was unable to print from my wireless printer in the same room without disconnecting the VPN. I have made three requests now to cancel and refund my payment but the only response from the billing department was to request me to fill out this survey.

I have a dd-wrt router and it was super easy to turn on the vpn with pia. I also use it on my computer and phone. Its nice to know that there is a great company that cares about my privacy and security.

I've used this service for the last 2 years and just renewed for 2018. It is an amazing VPN. They actually do what they say. I've had other services that are slow slow slow, very glitchy, and just not a great service at all. So happy I found Private Internet Access. Thanks for the great service!!

I love PIA so much. It helps my cell phone wifi so much. My android on wifi lags so much because of IPV6 on my modem from Comcast. I connect to PIA server close to me, it disables IPV6 and blazing fast. Not only is it faster, all my data is encrypted. I also use it on my computer and love the privacy it provides. I will be getting a yearly plan when my monthly runs out. I got a month to try it out and absolutely love it!

I had a subscription for almost two years. During that time I estimate I actually used PIA about 20% of the time. This was due to the dramatic reduction in internet speed when connected. On one PC my speed would drop from around 160 mb to 16 mb when connected. When I canceled my service, Customer Service reached out with an extensive list of things to try. The easier solution for me was to change to ExpressVPN. Even though the cost is higher, at least I now can use a VPN because the speeds are much better.

I don't notice any performance degradation when connected, which is not something I can say for any other VPN I've used. I like their commitment to actual privacy, and their pricing seems fair.

Excellant VPN but Customer Service response could be much better. Only given 7 days notice to renew. Then when renewed, could not log in and took 2 days to respond to fix problem. Had to get new UN and PW. But overall very pleased.
