Never had any problems with the service. Easy to use and set up with the clear instructions. On the few occasions that I have had to contact they have been very helpful. I don`t know what the other services are like but PIA are top of the pops for me.

So far so good! Only one minor issue. Occasionally, the client (on both Android and iPhone) has a glitch. It says that it is connected, but the web browser does not display anything. The workaround is to disconnect and reconnect. This happens when I switch from cell to home wifi or vice-versa. Also, it would be nice if the option for not connecting to WiFi networks had an alternative: Only if WiFi has no security, do not connect (For all those open networks that pose a bigger threat). Thank you!

PIA had the best reviews when i was selecting a VPN and this was my experience (in Australia) The set up on desktop, Ipad and Iphone was super easy and the price was certainly reasonable

Ben erg tevreden met pia en gebruik het al jaren. Belangrijke privacy overweging is dat pia gren logging gebruikt. Ook snelheid is super. Raar qua pricing is wel het verlengen van het abonnement. Goedkoopste is een nieuw abonnement in bitcoin of dollar en scheelt 25% als je het direct via pia website doet in plaats van hun verlengings email of via apple shop.

Received an email that my subscription was cancelled due to inability to access my credit card. I was told that the limit for attempting to debit my card had been reached. I thought that rather odd, but I opened another account and shortly afterwards, they successfully debited my card twice for the same service. Scammers

Will never use another vpn provider. PIA has exceeded my expectations and you can see their commitment to privacy in everything from them. Whether it’s sending you spam emails, or constantly pestering you to buy their new product, or bothering you in any way at all, PIA succeeds where so many companies go wrong in poorly concieved attempts to appease shareholders or increase revenue. Over several months of regular use across Windows, Debian, Ubuntu, Chrome, Firefox, and iOS, I can honestly say I have not had even one single complaint.
