Bad i have connection problems i can't connect at all even after i followed the steps they told me about . the support team replay very late i took like 3 day to answer my first ticket & till now they didn't answer my email i sent them . i have to submit new ticket

Very easy to setup in Linux and Windows. No issues at all and works as stated. My speed is about the same on most of the servers I've tried. I have used other VPN's before and I prefer and are satisfied with Private Internet Access at this time.

On the downside, I had to fiddle around with the settings for a while before I could get it working at even very slow speeds, and I'm still having trouble if I try to use a proxy for a specific country (and in peak hours in the evening I still can't use it). On the upside, it's the only VPN that I've been able to use at all with my crappy rural internet, and the instructions for trying different settings were very clear. I am definitely continuing on for at least another week to see if I can get it working better.
