Подключил для начала на один месяц, но придется искать что-то другое по истечении подписки потому как заявлена поддержка мобильных устройств и она входит в стоимость, но по факту приложения нет в российском AppStore, а только в американском. Так что придется искать сервис которым можно пользоваться одновременно и с ноутбука и с телефонов...

Well, it works very stably. Maybe it's really private and secure, I haven't check that, but it's slower (in terms of ping) than other VPN (VPN unlimited, which was unstable) I used and as far as I understand some of the servers are blocked in my country (Russia). Will use it for 1 month and will try another one because it isn't perfect.

I usually never write reviews, but since i bought this and happy I'll leave few words. VPN works fine on Android and Win10, using it for 4 days and had no problems. Sadly there is no Lithuanian region, but as far I know this VPN is based in US so it's fine for this quality. From Germany connecting to UK with only 10% speed loss it's like nothing and I feel no difference. I also like that PIA blocks IPv6 so leaking is not an issue. There also some guide's on main pia page for better security. Maby this sounds like fake review but I'm just happy about such quality ;)
