Sometimes the speed drops pretty low, maybe once a week. Lasts a couple hours or so. Other than that, it's a good deal and service.

Not working I have paid for the service, downloaded the PIA and it does not respond. Very frustrating and I cannot get help. the email access to support responds but the help us not helpful. There is not phone number to call.

Good service, everything you want from a VPN, just works. The only downside is they block all outgoing mail servers and at the moment there’s no whitelisting process. Real bummer.
