Thanks to Linus Tech Tips (you should check his youtube channel), I was able to find a good vpn which is simple to use, yet complex, with a decent ping but lacking shortcuts option. Great value for 1 or 2 years subscription.

It seems to be doing okay for my purposes. I do notice that it goes a little slowly at my local McDonalds, but I suspect that not entirely PIA's fault. I am a little disappointed that there's no option for PIA use with an older iPhone (i still have an iPhone 5c I have yet to replace).

There is no help for a newcomer. How do you turn it on and off? In Windows? On iPhone? on iPad? What penalty is there for having it on? When should it be off? EVERY new user will ask these questions. YOU should answer them BEFORE they are asked. You get a D in my course on programming

Not helpful for customer service, no phone support. Left a ticket and still haven't heard back. Ticket system is ridiculous, you should have online chat support at the very least!
