The service is reliable and easy to use. So far I have had 100% up-time using PIA with PFSense. One thing that is incredibly irritating is that they took their forums down last week and all the knowledge contained within (3 days after I signed up). There is a ton of valuable information on there that I was accessing daily that is now unavailable.

This is one of the BEST VPN services one can get. Easy to the non-savvycomputer user and advanced settings for the advanced user (e.g., kill switch). My only grip would be switching between plans. I waned to change between the annual to the two year pricing plan to save some money, but the process to upgrade isn't straight forward. Once that is fixed, this will be an all-star service.

grest customer service . However, I was not able to watch BBC from the USA. I’m sure it’s Trumps fault! Joking ....currently , as of July 2018, PIA can be detected by the BBC streaming service resulting in denied access . I hope PIA can find a work around and I’ll be back! Since that was the only reason for me to have a VPN, it’s a deal breaker for me continuing to use PIA. Very nice people and great customer service. Sad I must go. I like the software. If Watching BBC is unimportant to you I’m sure you’ll love the service. Easy to use and install ....

Unfortunately, when I landed in China my VPN wasn’t working at all. I tried for hours, and even got a friend to mess with my settings to see if something will work. Eventually, I just got another VPN (Express) and it worked instantly, so I’m not sure what was wrong. I got this VPN because it was well-rated and reviewed but unfortunately it was just not my experience.

By far the best VPN service out there. It offers a huge selection of countries you can connect through. Also, the connection's speed is great, at least for my 50mbps download which is capping at around 45. Their client is very easy to use with standard encryption methods. Last but not least, their price is a big deal! $35 for a whole year's subscription? Can't get wrong with it people!

I have been trying for months to get this service working. Nothing but problems. And now, after EIGHT MONTHS of messing about I cannot even contact them as their new portal has so many bugs that it doesn't work. If I log into my account and then try to contact support, the portal will not allow any entries AT ALL! You cannot enter your details. What the hell is going on? This is totally unacceptable!

Oh my gosh this VPN is the best I have tried less expensive vpns and more expensive vpns every other company I've been with would not give me the speeds that private internet access does I can actually play on my Xbox without it lagging through the VPN no other company can do that. Thanks PIA

Great company. Love their commitment to privacy. I have the software working on my iphone, ipad, Android box and my home PC. It works so well, and is so easy, I just installed it on all my father in laws equipment and set him up as a present. I've been a customer myself for 5 years.
