Renewal is a nightmare that's haunted me for the past month. Terrible, lousy experience. Still haven't completed it. No help from the staff except via sending emails which at this point is unacceptable

It works but blocks USPS, craigslist and some other sites so I regularly have to turn it off. It also stops my pc from using LG smart share to play files on my TV from my pc.

As people are subjective themselves, and perfection amongst humans only exist in math as p.e. 100%, 'only' four stars. Meaning that I'm met with fast broadband connections (even most locations further distanced from home location) and almost non-existent connection drops throughout pretty heavy load and use. PIA is supporting very strong encryption and different technologies. Although I hardly got to ask any questions, since explanations and otherwise FAQ is clear and available, Private Internet Access seems to react almost directly to questions or problem notifications. Their website is well accessible, offered functions work. Although they do reside within five eye jurisdiction, they DO take privacy legislation very serious and they are absolutely not part of US or otherwise government spying; meaning people really do need court orders in order to get a look and whoever gets a rare look is not left unchecked. I've also personally gotten experience that these people really did get decency to not just technically help when corruption tries to call itself government while figuring need to attack facts. Remarkable Private Internet Access!

I don't have any qualms with the service, however I will make a note in this review that PIA(Private Internet Access) isn't very clear on all of the features and how to actually use it. For a solid hour I was trying to wrap my head around why it wasn't starting or connecting to a server, it wasn't until I hit the taskbars show hidden icons button did I see private internet access and how to connect to other servers and configure the service. Other than that service is an amazing VPN and deserves all of its support
