I use it when traveling overseas and have had great success with this product. One of the few that allows me to still connect to sites that are banned by overseas governments (like Netflix).

The service itself is very dependable. I use the VPN nearly 100% of the time and rarely have to reconnect. Terrific bandwidth capacity as well. Only issue I had was with the change over in billing systems. I could not renew using the same payment type (Paypal). It kept failing to authorize. Turns out it was because the original Paypal payment connection was a subscription type and that had to be cancelled (between PIA and my Paypal) before as new payment type was created. We got around this by moving to a credit card, and it was annoying that the customer service person told me it was my fault of there were insufficient funds in the account.

Has to be switched off quite a lot to access various things. Netflix blocks it, as does stuff I use for work. Other VPNs manage to avoid this problem.
