Being a subscriber since 2012, without a doubt the service, speed, and price has always been unmatchable. For the first time since originally subscribing I needed to contact support. Unlike most and for the most part obsolete these days, Private Internet Access is not just a service, they are people who care about people who care. You simply cannot go wrong with their service.

So far so good. I am more comfortable surfing the web with this service. I know it's not perfect and I have to still be careful with my surfing, but, this helps a lot. Thank you so much.

Been using PIA for quite a few months and I find it the best in terms of value for money. I like that it has quite a few countries to chose from and that there is a Chrome extension as well as the desktop client. Connecting to the servers doesn't take too long either. My only criticism is that autofill doesn't work on Chrome when the extension is enabled but this is only a minor niggle.

Ben er zeer tevreden over eerste keer dat ik VPN in gebruik neemt van PIA. Werkt simpel en goed up en download is erg goed te noemen. zonder VPN download 205 Mbps en aan 196 Mbps. zonder VPN upload 20 Mbps en aan ook 20 Mbps. Een keer gehad dat de beveiliging even ging haperen tijdens een film kijken, deze stopte direct er mee dus de kill switch werkte goed. Al met al zeer tevreden er over.

Hope you never have to reload the program and expect it to work. Slow response times and tech help request is too technical for me to use. Forget about phone contact. Although they state a new password is necessary and has been sent, it wasn't. DEEPLY REGRET THIS PURCHASE I have twice now had to go through this because I reinstalled the program. If I'm ever able to get this up again I will use up my paid subscription and find another company that is more customer friendly.

Have been using PIA for a while now however, received a copy right letter from my ISP today. So this service does not totally make you invisible when online, buyer beware!
