I use PIA on my mac, iphone and ubuntu server and it works amazing. I have about 95% of my normal unencrypted speed on the vpn. Love it. Would recommend
PIA is a great VPN service that is well priced and has lots of features. Only negatives are that the Android client chews through battery a bit, and the PC client takes a while to load. But overall great product and responsive customer support.
I have a bit of experience using VPN services, none of them had "let me down" they usually get the job done allowing me to experience content on the web that otherwise would be blocked in my country BUT! PIA has really surprised me! and in a very good way the amount of options (regions/countries) they got is awesome and not only that their client for PC is super smooth and I'm really pleased using the service I'll definitely continue my yearly subscription if they can maintain this level of quality. PD: haven't tried the addons for firefox/chrome yet but is nice to know such tools are also available

Extremely difficult to implement once downloaded. I tried for 45 minutes then cancelled my membership.
The PIA VPN has good performance, stability, redudancy, and good support to most of platforms like Windows, Linux, Android. But for Android, it is limited to Mobile, and not support to TVs that runs android as well. So would be a good option to have support to Android TV as well.

Service is good... if you have access to it. I have a 3 months long problem the customer support unable to fix. First, I got a message my payment through Paypal did not get through. I change the payment method to a credit card. Here the problems started. The system changed my ID number but did not delete the old number. Now, I have two ID numbers (the current is p9521296) for the same email. I always have a message "Authentication Failure" even after I "successfully" changed the password. It looks like nobody from the customer service is able to help. They keep charge me, I pay, but ... unable to use the service...
I cancelled my subscription the second day. It won’t work with the latest upgrade of WIN10. I tried all the work arounds.
