Easy to install, easy to use. My only suggestion would be the addition of a brief tutorial but if I managed without one I'm sure most people could.

I have switched from ProtonVPN, after seeing PIA's support for Krita. Initially I went for a monthly subscription. Not having felt any difference in terms of the service quality, I recently bought a two years subscription. The only glitch so far was due to my experience with the 'user' interface of the webpage. It does not treat me as I am accustomed to. So I ended up getting another password to my email when I bought the two years subscription.
I have used PIA for two years now and have just paid for another two years. The service is excellent, the online speeds are fast, and the international connections useful when travelling. The device software is easy to install and use, and the service pricing is reasonable. While not at all in the control of PIA, there are some commercial web sites that reject any attempt by anyone using a VPN to connect to their sites, so you just have to be prepared for that eventuality, but even that is OK because they reject you because they want your personal information and location anyway. PIA is highly recommended.

Ständig disconnects und mehr als die hälfte der Server baut keine Internet Verbindung auf. Dann ist der Speed viel zu langsam. Leute die 10-50 Mb/s gewohnt sind, werden mit diesem VPN keine Freude haben. Beziehe gern Stellung. Hallo, ihr könnt gern machen was ihr wollt, aber meine Erfahrung bleibt so stehen. Und ich habe hier auch nur geschrieben, weil es mich Maßlos ärgert, schon wieder Geld zum Fenster rausgeschmissen zu haben. Gern mach ich ein Video als Beweis.
