I've only recently started to use PIA, but so far it's been great! It's been very easy to setup on both Android (8) as well as Windows 10. The speeds seem perfectly fine and I haven't noticed it being slower at home where I have 100 mbps down and 25 mbps up.

Excellent product and technical support. I had trouble getting the VPN started on my laptop that was running linux and the issue was resolved quickly and technical support was very communicative.

Chrome extension doesn't have enough options, and can't change to TCP connection (which is the only way it works on my school network), so I can't use it on my Chromebook. Also, the app SOMETIMES connects to the same IP twice in a row, but a simple restart of the app and change of location fixes it. Other than that it's very fast (only dropped about 10mbs on a 100mbs connection, very acceptable compared to other VPNs). Just wish the chrome extension was better.

Great service! There is 1 problen though, at my school, this vpn is blocked... Other then that, it works great! Fast servers and great internet speeds.

Overall I am enjoying using PIA. There are a huge number of servers and the speed is very good. The software is a strong point as well. Their webpage is very informative. I haven't really used their support team, so I cannot comment on that As an American, I like to support American companies, however, I do wish that PIA was located in a more privacy friendly country. Despite this, I feel very comfortable that PIA does not log any identifying information as that has already been tested in court. Definitely recommend.
