Easy setup. I got the two year subscription, which makes the cost very reasonable in my opinion. I'm using on about 8 devices not at home, office, and in the field. No problem with any of them. I was concerned about performance, but I haven't noticed any issues with speed. Great product, easy setup, reasonably priced, and ensures privacy. What more could I ask for?

So far, the VPN has worked great. I have it running on my phone, my Kindle Fire TV, and my computer. The reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 from me is because I had an initial issue where I didn't get my uername and password sent to me with the email I signed up with. It was a problem with my PayPal account using a different address. After a couple of emails back and forth, I was able to get the problem resolved. As far as the actual software goes, it's pretty much point and click. On my phone and my computer, I hit the power button on the software, and I'm done. Do be aware that it seems to interfere with a few services. I couldn't get Netflix to work properly on my Kindle Fire TV while it was on. I was pleased to see that they have a Linux client that works well on my Ubuntu machine. No problems so far! :)

After subscribing I could not log in because they were "unable to verify my account." The only help offered was to keep trying to log in and make sure I used the correct username and password. After several days with no better advice I asked for a refund and now they say the can't verify my payment. All of this with the username, password and order number provided by PIA. Horrible service.

Gebruikt nu al een paar jaar de vpn van PIA en dat bevalt erg goed. De verbinding is erg stabiel en snel, download via vpn met bijna de zelfde snelheid die mijn internet provider aanbied (200Mbps). Gebruikt de vpn ook op een Synology NAS en de verbinding valt nooit uit. De vpn software is ook goed zowel op Windows en Android, heb nu voor 2 jaar deze dienst genomen dan krijg je nog meer voordeel en het is al niet duur.

so far so good but i just switched over so i'm not %100 yet but from what i understand they keep minimal data but it's really hard to get a totally clear answer on this but they seem to be up there with the best.

I have been using PIA for the last 2 years and I had just subscribed for another 2 - Part of my daily life, superb service, never had any interruptioons or limitations. With No trafficlogging, this VPN is the best one out there.
