After researching many VPN companies and getting advice from by son, I decided to use PIA. It was a very easy and professional process that was guided by the Welcome email I received. I easily installed it on two iPhones, a MacBook Pro and an iPad. Once installed I noticed an increase in speed when using the internet. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for a fantastic VPN service.

In my opinion... PIA is the Premier VPN service leaving Nord and the remainder of them wondering what to do next... Every aspect of PIA is top notch including their customer service which always go the extra mile for their customers.. The VPN speed is great without a minute of downtime... The settings menu offers every option conceivable... A kill switch.. Three different options to enable AES256 encryption... Which is nearly impossible to decipher while the other wannabe's brag about AES128 encryption ...IF you're looking for Performance...Speed.. Unbreakable Encryption and Outstanding Customer Service which not only sets the bar... They are the bar!!! This is the VPN You Want... Quit wasting your time and get the Best.

After getting only 20mb down on a 500mb connection for over a month I contacted support. They had me jump through a ton of hooks using copy and paste templates that were completely unrelated to the problem. If I get 20mbps on my phone and laptop how does adjusting my laptops firewall solve the slowness on my iPhone? They refused to prorate a refund. Their “automatic” server selection tool connects me to Boston USA almost 100% of the time when I am in EU. They also use the Comcast model of only offering the best price to new customers. Renewal? Pay double and no refunds whatsoever. The irony is palpable given their service is designed to combat the isp’s privacy practices lol. There are other providers that don’t throttle their customers like Comcast does, I’ll be switching as soon as I’m able.

I'm convinced that PIA cares more for people than Moolaa. Some places like Denver to go through becomes the slowest at getting anywhere. PIA also to me stands for People In Action. I use the disconnect kindly placed by the folks at PIA when I'm surfing safe grounds. I don't mind going slower in stormy sea's of rough pages.

Really easy to get set up and use. I'm impressed with how cheap it was too, I think it's great value for money. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a VPN.
