I thoroughly enjoy this app! I feel more confident when I use my devices on public servers. The ease of use in setting up and then browsing made this an attractive app. My only issue is that sometimes the connection doesn’t work when switching between sources (e.g. cellular to WiFi; one WiFi network to another).

I have a terrible time getting your product to seamlessly start and connect me to the internet. Often it won't connect to a website at all and/or I don't have internet connectivity. If I go into settings and change the location of the server your product is using, it will sometimes work. What a pain. It used to work well. I keep wondering why I am paying for it.

I haven’t used the software for more than a year. Connectivity, regardless of which server I chose, slowed to a veritable crawl, directly affecting productivity, so I now use another service. Despite being told this twice before, Encrypt.me continues to believe I’m a customer and asks me to rate them. Their inability to make the necessary adjustment to their customer database may explain their inability to provide acceptable response time.
