Great product most of the time. Love that this VPN activates automatically and I don’t have to think about it. Lost a star as sometimes it’s finicky but a little reinstall troubleshooting always fixes this.
Encrypt.me is easy to install (I'm using it on Windows 10, Mac & IOS). Once configured, works flawlessly in the background, so I never have to think about leaving my known networks and feeling secure as I travel.
Works everytime, everywhere. Some sites block vpn connections, but this is not an Encrypt.me issue.
Works well and connection usually good. Occasionally needs two attempts to connect.
Sometimes the VPN has problem connecting when I switch from WiFi to cellular service.
Connects quickly and easily almost all the time on phone, iPad, and Mac. I have occasional episodes on some networks when one device or another won't connect, but that's usually remedied easily by launching the Encrypt.me app itself (instead of using the OS's VPN settings).
Still a bit ' clunky ' in keeping one's account up to date and not functioning in some locations in US and Europe.
Great service, but lacking in person-to-person customer service. I would like the ability to speak to a human when I have issues with service. Even when I paid the higher pricing, I still only got email customer service. Technology will never totally displace human interaction.
App does the job
Works most of the time as advertised, but some WiFi Connections (e.g. on planes) only work with VPN/iOS profile deinstalled.
