I have been using vpn with TorGuard since 2014 and it never failed me given that i travel allot due to nature of my job, must say very reliable service and plenty of features, works like a charm especially their newest add of 10GB network speeds are quite fast now. For support it is excellent though i rarely had problems most of the time just inquiries on what is new and how to make better use of features. Highly recommended.
Been with Torguard for six months now after almost two years with various other VPN providers that couldn't deliver. Customer service very responsive and helped me successfully work through a number of issues. My only gripe would have been that there was no ikev2 support for iPhone but that's just been added so well done Torguard!
It´s the worst treatment I have ever received, their services do not work half the time, if you write to them through their chat it always ends up with I do not know please make a support ticket, their customer service in the chat is so unserious, when making a ticket, you have to sit in deep seriousness and read things like just add .... and you have to use 5 messages on them before they summarize such a simple thing as you need to know where to add it, it´s so unserious and unprofessional, stay far away from it.
I signed up for a month.Tested there servers ,New Zealand server was slow they use webslice like other VPN providers. I wanted to use the next available closest servers with lower ping rates.Amazing speeds on the Australian servers but cannot use torrents on them ,just get redirected to a webpage saying try one of our torrents servers in another country,which has a high ping rate & is slower for my location.Nothing wrong with my connection i do 109mbs up and down on fibre with my ISP plan of 100/100,ping 7 to 8ms. Wanted a refund company cut me off right away after i someone from support desk asked me what speeds i was expecting ,i said at least 20 to 30 mbs on nz servers.While i was cut off and account was still open they wanted to know if there was anything they could do.Well with my service disconnected nothing much can do but give my money back. They stalled that knowing it was 7 day refund 10gig limit which i met . Went to paypal escalated the case & they pulled funds from Torguard.within hours.I am now back at my old VPN provider which i have used for 3 years,they have given me 2 extra free months for coming back to them and and working through my issues. Its not the first company or service that stalls there refunds so you cannot claim under there own policy,Thank you paypal.
