Wish I could give 10 stars! Fact is, the service just works, and works as advertised! I've had occasion to reach out to support folks (mostly due to my own mistakes or questions), and not only are they incredibly helpful, they respond in lightening fashion! I sincerely wish more companies operated in this fashion! Love TorGuard!!
I'm very happy with my great service and support I receive. Thanks to Torguard, I'm able to enjoy my home streaming services from the US, while being stuck in germany. Even on regular pages, it feels like the Internet from home. Great speed and reliabilty! Issues (that in most part seemed to be my fault) are resolved quickly!!
I required the service for to access a VPN based in AUS. I consulted the customer service team before going forward who confirmed that they could provide this. Once I had paid them for their service I learned that none of the AUS locations worked. When requesting a refund this was not allowed as I had made the request after 7 days, would have been fair had the service worked but it had not. Whats more after requesting refund and cancellation they actually charged a second months subscription and also refused to refund that. Customer service was responsive but obviously tight fisted when it comes to subscriptions.
Must Buy! Had a great experience with TorGuard, i have been through a few providers, HMA/PIA,/Express all the usual but what keeps me at TorGuard is there solid service and very responsive support. The Best! Shar
I have used many VPN's and Torguard is awesome.... fast...reliable... tons of protocols to choose from. Awesome support... I have used them for a few months and i wish i could be a member for the rest of my life.
Been a solid provider for 3 years, just renewed for another 2.
The new iOS app features and desktop app features all but sealed my next 2 years with TG, thanks for listening you your customers!!
Speed has been great since my switch from NordVPN, massive difference through O2, great desktop client too, iOS has connect on demand which is just perfect for my use case.
Jeg har akkurat samme oplevelse med torguard som alle de andre - der har skrevet på dansk herinde altså, haha- mistænkeligt i sig selv at de eneste positive anmeldelser de har er fra engelsksprogede - hvilket jo gør det nemt heldigvis at regne ud hvad de har gang i. Svineri!
Out of all I have tried Torguard was the fastest and support was very friendly, a really good choice when choosing a VPN company.
