I recently decided to install Torguard on a new router. The tech folks at Torguard stuck with me every step of the way. They probably spent several hours working with me on it. They were pleasant and thorough in all our interactions. I have been their customer for about four years now. I am a customer for life!

I have only ever used TrustPilot to tell the truth about companies that deserve 1-star reviews, but I feel it's important to share the great experience I have had with TorGuard for years. I have tried almost every other major VPN provider out there, and TorGuard is without question the very best. Most of the other ones I tried, I cancelled after the first 24 hours. Every other VPN I have used other than Torguard either has horrible customer service, dysfunctional apps, leaky IPs, fake Dedicated IPs, foreign company ISPs, or just no customization. TorGuard really just is the best, and I've had account with 8 other VPNs. Not only does TorGuard give the very best customer service, their app is superior by far, their systems are better, and they offer true Dedicated IPs.

Torguard became fraudulent and scammer, it happened to me that trying to log in to my account with a biannual service gives me a user and password error, and all the acquaintances who use Torguard also experienced the same thing. And we are all from VENEZUELA. I don't know what the hell they have against us. Torguard se convirtió en fraudulento y estafador, me pasó que al intentar iniciar sesion en mi cuenta con un servicio semestral me da un error de usuario y clave, y todos los conocidos que usan Torguard también experimentaron lo mismo. Y todos somos de VENEZUELA. No sé qué demonios tienen contra nosotros, quieren jodernos en todas partes, TORGUARD NO SIRVE PARA NADA.

Bad quality, bad support, bad service I needed to buy proxy or vpn to work on some site for USA residents. One of the One of the items was a resident IP. Thats why I tryed torguard. Their support assured me that their VPN is stealth. So I bought it and see this: *Screenshot removed by trustpilot* Any antifraud system will ban your account if you will use so obvious VPN configured on default ports. I asked support to change ports, the support turned out to be so incompetent that it started trying to convince me that open standard openvpn ports are completely normal. In conclusion: if you want to hide VPN usage never buy this vpn. Ps. Haha what a shame they reported my review as fake lol "TorGuard's reason for reporting This review is fake." Ps2. I have been using Torguard for almost 4 months now and I am nothing more than a very happy guy. I get very good internet speed (Between 250-280 Mbps) and Ping between 10 and 20 - which makes TG very good for Gaming and Twitch Streaming. The desktop app is going to be updated I heard, so I'm looking forward to it. I now feel more secure and anonymous online than I have been before - And no negative experience with their customer service. Thanks to a skilled VPN YouTuber, I feel that I've gone for the right VPN, the price is very good and their reputation is very good as well!

Sketchy. I signed up for TorGuard to test their servers since they seemed to have good reviews. The GUI of TG and their servers didn't meet my expectations. My home internet is 50 Mbps down and was only getting 3 Mbps down at best on VPN, most the time it was below that - especially on P2P servers. So I checked their FAQ and noticed they have a 7-day money back guarantee refund policy (no questions asked) so I decided to open a support ticket and request a refund. (Archive: archive dot is/JKJG2 )The company cut me off right away asking if I was experiencing any technical issues, giving me a rundown on things I could do, and ofcourse nothing worked. After about 30 minutes back-and-fourth with support, I asked for a refund once again and they stated due to the fact I used coin payments (bitcoin) I may not be eligible for a refund and that'd send my support ticket to the billing department and cancel my service. They went ahead and cancelled my service, but I told them to activate it again if I wasn't going to be eligible for a refund... why terminate my service if im not eligible for refund? EDIT: To the reply of TorGuard, what do you mean what's sketchy? You wouldn't even uphold your 7-day money back guarantee policy. I hope the $15 was worth the negative reviews.

TorGuard is a really good VPN. I've been using it for a while now and haven't had hardly any issues. The only issue I had was to do with my account on the website. I contacted support and they replied to me fairly quickly and were very helpful in resolving my issue. The VPN itself is great. I get really good speeds on the tests I've done and I'm able to get into US Netflix and other streaming services fine, unlike other VPNs I've used in the past. TorGuards prices are fairer than most of the VPNs on the market. You're not penalised for choosing a shorter term commitments, as the one month option is cheaper than other VPNs montly plans (even without discount codes!). The discount codes TorGuard provides are very generous as they give you 50% off (recurring!) to any price of the plans they sell. I highly recommend TorGuard.

I will give my review on this one in my Opinion. It is a very high rated VPN on many youtube channels and anywhere. +1 It is very affordable for all the stuff you get with all of this. +1 The design is not too good in my opinion. +0 It has a lot of settings and everything. +1 A very fast VPN if not the fastest, perfect with almost everyting! +2 I give this VPN 5/5 since its very good at most likely everything!

I've been using TorGuard for some months now and I would say my experience is very good and didn't have any problems before. The torrent speeds are very good, the program and the servers reliable without disconnects. There are a lot of choices for countries and also the value for the price is really good. I recommend it!
