Fastest clientservice I ever experienced to start with, sometimes when your internet had an issue unrelated to surfshark it can give u a bit of a hassle. Couldn't get surfshark running. 5 minute chat and all was fixed. Also the speed is hardly noticeable decreasing on any of the vast majority of servers u pick, plus it's cheaper than the better known VPN providers out there. Surfshark.. Never change
This product never worked. It kept asking me to log into my Windows Security account every time I wanted to connect to it. On top of that it was very difficult to successfully remove all of the files from my computer. Thankfully I was able to get a full refund. I would not recommend this product.

Surfshark gives me the anonymity that I expect from a VPN with little or no degradation in throughput.
Ashley is amazing simple as that, kept attacking the problem from different angles and she figured it out so quickly and resolved my problem almost instantly.
Surfshark has a great and easy user interface and has good speed. It's also a bonus that it's works well with Netflix and gives you the option to be able to view Netflix shows from other regions. I would definitely recommend to others. I have also found communicating with the customer service team efficient and hassle free.
Some interrupts in the network, but great VPN at all. 4/5
