The actual VPN is pretty good, especially for the price. However, I have to say that the support here is phenomenal. I had an odd issue and the chat feature was easy, quick, and Lance from the support team was very helpful and patient in resolving my issue.
I am very happy with Surfshark .
Just getting to know the app. I wish it would make watching Netflix simpler. It doesn’t work sometimes.And it doesn’t open automatically when I open Android tv, although I chose the opposite.
I like your service but something bad is that you don't support ipv6.
Very happy with Surfshark and the features and methods of doing business. Would really like a Linux GUI, but happy that there is something for Linux at all!
I can honestly say that Customer Service has responded to all my emails and tried to to help me with the problems I’m having. Unfortunately with the service constantly unconnecting and not being reliable I cannot rate it very high at all. Sorry

when connected the speed is lowered by half or more of what i have to house . I spent an hour with a tech on the phone changing settings and that was the best we could do

I only purchased it for the smartDNS feature that hasn't worked since 2 weeks after I purchased. I have contacted support numerous times and each time I'm told a fix is in the works. the remaining features are of little to no value to me.
