On a trial now. So far so good. Customer Service has been exceptional.
Excellent service. Lots of exit nodes, wonderful customer support. Big props for Edd, who stayed with me for half an hour to fix a dumb issue on my end.
Just recently purchased the two year subscription for less than £40 which is not a lot of money for a Vpn. Works great on my Pc on Windows 10. And pretty good on my android phone although I did notice it was a bit slow on a couple of apps. Unfortunately it doesn't work with my router on Talktalk but that's because Talktalk supply a Dynamic Ip whereas Surfshark work with a Static Address. I thought customer service was great when I went onto chat and spoke to Jeff who gave me a great deal of time to help me resolve a problem I had. All in all a very good Vpn and I would highly recommend it.
Update: Surfshark now have apps for Mac, so can download Reply to Surfshark: Yup, I wrote three separate times before finally receiving a (very friendly) reply a few weeks after the initial enquiry (all had different questions) – as they started it with 'Looks like we have found your message in a bottle!', I assume they realised that. Regarding using Surfshark on my mobile, I don't use a browser extension and should have made that clear below. At the time of writing, there was only a browser extension available on desktop for Mac – I found out when visiting the website at a later date that there was now another option (the app), but it would have been nice to have been informed about such a major update rather than having to keep revisiting the website to check for changes. I am very happy with Surfshark – it works very well and is simple to use, and I'm putting the below down to teething issues rather than any fundamental problems. Original post: Did my research and liked what I saw and read, plus managed to snag two years for about €40, so a bargain too. Very simple to set up and use, and likewise to then use on mobile (iPhone SE). However, it's only a browser extension, which means for say iPlayer, you can watch programmes, but you can't download them for later which is a big minus for me. Also, I've written twice to their customer service (via their website) in the last two weeks, and received no reply, which kind of undermines their 24/7-replying-in-24-hours claims. Will see if they add a true VPN service (not just a browser), and if not, keep looking
Was sceptical of paying quite a bit of money for the product without a free trial. Especially since I'd never heard of Surfshark before, but its performance has really surprised me and exceeded expectations, I only lose about 1Mbps of download speed when connecting to my closest server and Netflix and other streaming services work perfectly when connecting to different countries. Very happy with the VPN service and find it to be better than NordVPN, which I used for a year.
I can't tell the difference of the speed when I'm using this vpn and without using the vpn. Its fast and working well. But, it wouldve been better if there are servers from different cities of the country.

I found surfshark by searching for a vpn extension for my chrome . Worked great . Set up was easy, support was keen to help me resolve some issues regarding nflix . Overall, great service !
I'm not particularly tech savy user but these guys were a bunch of awesome folk to help me set it up which was darn easy even for me. No more snooping around Trump!
I am happy with the product, as it easy to use due to it's intuitive UI, and the assist of customer support staff. Good job.
