Honestly the service is cheaper than my previous industry-leading VPN and so far speeds have been as good or better. I dont get dropped or havent noticed them yet. The UI is smooth and user friendly, surfsharks taken a simplistic approach for sure. I'd recommend this to friends. I will say my VPN usage is limited, I use it maybe twice a week. Happy though to be on board for the next 3 yrs!

I just bought 25 months of service (for $1.99 a month, totalling $47 by using Petty Paige on YouTube's discount, which got me 84% off the total cost and one month free, saving me over $200, thanks Petty Paige!) I am excited to use Surfshark to keep my data protected, to watch Netflix content from different countries, and for many other reasons. I have an older version of Mac, and Surfshark didn't work at first. But, thankfully I used the Chat feature and spoke to Dennis who helped me be able to use Surfshark via a third party program called Tunnelblick. I had many issues getting it to work at first (due to my own ignorance, not the programs), but Dennis was so patient and helpful. After helping me with answers, resources, screenshots, etc for over an hour, I was able to get it to work. Dennis was so unbelievably patient with me, and super kind and helpful the entire time. GIVE DENNIS FROM THE CHAT SERVICE A RAISE! :)

Heap of rubbish - on PC. Works great on my mobile but the PC one has never worked properly despite many ( = lots!) of conversations with their tecchie people. Now, the PC one doesn't work at all which is crap for torrenting. Wish they'd get it sorted!

Using surfshark for almost a year. Yes speeds are terrible no doubt about that. To add further show this tweet from windscribe vpn which says : "modifies your routing table to make "ipinfo.io" bypass the VPN tunnel. These rules remain on your computer even after you remove their software" "checkout the windscribe twitter page." I didn't find any reply from the surfshark against this statement. If there is no response and actually surfshark is practicing this then it is best to avoid the services once and for all.

Beware Surfshark will take over your computer,bookmarks and slow it down forever and good luck trying to watch a youtube video asked for a refund they denied. I may as well throw this laptop in the garbage even deleting their program doesn't help.

Scam Scam Scam, Avoid At All Costs, i Asked For A Refund A Few Days After My Purchase, Surfshark Responded by Asking if i was sure and if they could change my mind, i said that they could not change my mind, and that i want my Refund, only to be sent another response from Surfshark talking about there products, this is a Fraudulent Company, AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! and now they have emailed me saying that a refund has been issued, but i have not received any form of refund, Fraud Fraud Fraud, Avoid At ALL COSTS!!!
