Everything was working really well and was really happy with SurfShark VPN but unfortunately HotStar stopped working which was the main reason why i purchased 2 year plan. Edit: It's working fine now. Thank you for quickly fixing it. That's what I call a great service. Awesome work. I will be adding 2 more years and recommending it to my friends. Keep up the great work. Note: it's not working on chrome browser and iOS device like iPad but works great on Firefox browser and firetv.

Very satisfied, so far, with Surfshark. I particularly like the 'unlimited' number of device connections as well as the low cost when compared to the competitors. Hardly any speed loss using the nearest/fastest server however there will be some losses when using more remote servers and/or the multihop mode but this is to be expected. I'm still evaluating Surfshark and in the process of doing so I have been pestering their customer support department which has always responded, usually in some depth, to my questions. Very pleased.
Really easy to set up. Connects to servers very quickly, especialĺy under android. Only gripe I have is that under windows, the background task is slow to start when starting the vpn. However once up, no problems.

Surfshark is my third VPN, while my "B" vpn has yet to be expired. I have tried 3 vpn based on all the web good reviews whether from VPNmentor, vpn compairson tech etc. I tested "A" vpn and only used for 4 days and requested full refund due to connection speed wasn't there. (Surfshark is mostly top ten even though it is relatively new VPN started 2018 toward other competitor) I had been using Surfshark for weeks and I can said that overall my experience with them is wonderful! My main concern is always the speed, secure & privacy. The speed is there but if only connected to my own country. The security, I unable to know as there isn't any real story (History) to back-up. As for the Privacy is confirmed there. I like the multihop which my current "B" does not support. If I would to compare between "B" and Surfshark, I would continues to use Surfshark and not renewing "B". Pro: 1.Incredible fast speed only if connected to the server of my own country. (connect to other nearby country speed is slash by 70%) 2.Cheaper than my "B" vpn a lot (and i meant really a lot). 3.Fast connecting. 4:Multihop (but may face slower speed) 5:Live chat for customer support is superb! Really! (they reply you within a minute and they are very patient) Con: 1. On IOS platform, the connecting will down even the app is shown connecting after waking up my phone to do surfing. I had to disconnect and reconnect which is a bit irritating. 2. Nearby country speed is down by 70% I think that is it. Keep it up the good work!
I am pleased with ease of use and the feeling of being more secure in moving about the internet.
I will be honest and say that my main reason for selecting surfshark was the price because being fair none of us really know how good an app is until we try it out. My opinion now after initial tests is that it is excellent - connections are quick and it has an extensive array of locations to choose from.
After my last VPN expired i was looking for a new one and found surfshark. They got a great price and also great reviews. After some testing i have to say that they work really really good. It needs alsmost no time to connect, connection speed is really good, price is extreme good and the service is available for every device i own. 5/5 would recomment
