Really pathetic service: 1. First, they do not have a chat option. It is just a pathetic email option. That option takes them 1-day minimum to reply. 2. After paying the money too, I can neither log in to my account nor I can log in to the VPN. I tried resetting my password multiple times but no luck. 3. Customer support is not at all friendly, they ask me to disable my antivirus and try. Why on earth I would do that. 4. It has been almost 6 days and I cant neither login to my account nor I can use the VPN. I would like a refund. At least give me the refund. I cannot rate lower I guess else I would have done that. Note: Any one trying to buy the VPN please stay away.

Can’t believe before subscribe Surfshark they always reply my message,but after subscribe when I face problem to use HOTSTAR (detected VPN) i told them and they ask for two weeks to solve the problem, but after 2 weeks problem still going on and guess what now i can’t fine chat button and when i try to send email ? I can’t,i don’t know why , i think they didn’t want to refund my money (iniside 30 days trail) , I don’t know what kind of scam it is omg may god bless them with that money

1 month into 2 year membership, VPN Turkey server failed miserably to bypass netflix. Makes you wonder if even netflix can block using surfshark servers, who else can discover ? I had to buy another VPN provider that I thought was expensive. So trying to save money, I ended up throwing it away. Customer service basically said they dont know how or why this happened and cannot fix this in foreseeable future. As they say if it sounds too good to be true, probably it isn't.

I actually tried other more mainstream VPNs, but this one fits my needs perfectly. With a low price that works for me. I work at a college and do a little torrenting and this VPN keeps me safe.

Very easy to use, appears to be effective, leaves my computer with good performance. Other VPN systems caused a downgrade in my computer's performance, Surfshark is hardly noticeable. I could not give a 5 star rating simply because no one is completely without fault, and in my estimation only those capable of walking on water would deserve a 5 star rating.

Not bad in general use. I use this service for gaming. It gives me good ping/latency or whatever you call when I connect Europe server, however, in actual gameplay, there are so many packet loss and so much lag... Probably because the bandwidth is not good so much. I hope the team will improve the experience for gaming.

ottima molto semplice velocissima a secodo dei server dove vuoi collegarti, la cosa piu importa, e meravigliosa per me ,e che illimitatata nel poter collegare quanti apparati vuoi. 10 e lode la consiglio a tutti prezzo modestissimo migliore sul mercato, poi il team Surfshark. e molto competenete e sono a disposizioni in qualsiasi momento....
