I have been with Surfshark vpn now for almost a year. I bought their 2 year plan. $47.00 Their speed is very fast, faster then Nord, and equal to ExpressVPN. Surfshark, is in the top 3 tier's of the very best vpn's out there. Their jurisdiction, in the British Virgin Island's. outside the 14 eyes. plus they have a few good setting's to tinker with, and for a few bucks more, you get Hacklock-email protection and Blindsearch. I highly recommend, Surfsurk. It's what i use and i never leave home without, works with Netflix, lots of locations and servers. I like Iceland, and a few others, supports torrenting on alll servers now. great multi-hoping. very strong encryption. Surfshark, gets 5 stars from me. Surfshark, Rocks!
I find surf shark was easy to set up and most of all very easy to use.it also does the job I want it to do for a very reasonable price.
Terrible customer Service. EDIT due to reply: Yes, the refund was issued and I have received all the money back, but in order to do this I had to exchange a couple of emails (explaining why I want to end my subscription) with two diffrent guys, who in the end did not reply nor issued a refund.
Surfshark was unable to connect to a VPN server after the app was updated o version 2.5.5. Did some basic troubleshooting with David from Surfshark’s support team, then determined there was an issue with an update to the Surfshark app itself. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Surfshark app which fixed the issue.
I am somewhat confused as to the actual connection process of Surfshark. It states it is connected in or through Detroit, I do not live in Detroit nor in Michigan. I have to reconnect each time I turn on my computer, is this normal? That is why I gave an Average 3 star rating.
Trop tôt pour donner un avis .je me sens tranquille de ne pas être surveillé et de ne plus avoir de spam ...a voir dans le temps
I really took my time to choose my VPN, and when I first saw the price of Surfshark, I was a little bit sceptic. The deal was amazing, but I wasn’t sure I would get the service I want for that price. After carefully considering many VPNs, I decided to go with my budget and try Surfshark, and it was a great decision. I couldn’t be happier with it, it has a huge list of servers to choose from, it has No Log policy, and the Kill Switch it’s a great feature. My absolute favorite thing from Surfshark is the list of Multi-hop servers, which offers you a double layer IP for extreme safety, and the amazing thing is that speed remains fast. If the service continues like this, I’m never changing this VPN. Totally recommend it!
je l'ai depuis peu et, pour l’instant je suis satisfais
I have signed up for Surfshark in July. The main reason was to be able to access streaming restricted to users located physically in the country. I had some questions soon after I started using the service, as the customer experience was awesome. The online chat back then was working perfectly. A few weeks ago I realized that I lost the advantage of the service as the content of the 3rd country (in my case Turkey) became unavailable to me, as my IP was showing Taiwan instead of Turkey. Sadly the online chat wasn't available anymore and after reading some of the comments here I was very pessimistic if I ever get any help. I wrote them an email and got a response within 24 hours. They asked me for print screens and afterward informed me that their streaming servers in Turkey are down. Since being able to watch Turkish content was the main reason for me to sign up for Surfshark I requested a full refund as I don't see a point in using their service anymore. To my big surprise, my request was accepted within 24 hours and money was sent back to my credit cards. I think that they acted super fair and my reservations after reading some comments here were unnecessary. Thank you Surfshark and I'm sorry we needed to split paths.
I tried to access Turkish video on demand services with the help of Surfshark. Unfortunately the speed, connection stability and also the access to e.g. the Turkish Netflix (website did not open at all) was not satisfying. Consequently, I tried to cancel my membership under the 30-day money back guarantee. As described in other reviews here, the company is trying very hard to keep someone as a customer. As far as I can remember, I had to reply to emails 3 or 4 times and follow instructions that were supposed to solve my problems. Of course, that wasn't the case. After I finally told them that I already found another, well-working service and really want to cancel the contract, the refund was initiated. The money was then back on my again pretty fast within 2 days. Of course I have also tested servers in more popular countries (Germany, USA etc.) and there it seems to run much better. Since I really subscribed to the service explicitly for the Turkish servers, I can't and don't want to make a final judgement for other countries and I don't mind that the servers in Turkey aren't the main priority of the service. But please make it easier to make use of the money back guarantee. I find it extremely unprofessional to try to avoid the issue of refunds in such a penetrating way and to artificially delay refunds. As I said, I got my refund back relatively quickly, but this experience has shaped me so that I would not try the service in the future, even if the Turkish servers should work better in the future.
