Estoy físicamente en España. Los primeros días de subscripción podía conectarme perfectamente a prime y netflix de usa, desde hace 2 semanas me detectan el vpn tanto desde el app como desde la web. Debido a esto no puedo recomendarlo, pues no puedo entrar que estos apps para ver los contenidos. Pedi ayuda y el email que recibí fue básicamente un chiste.
VPN que j'utilise depuis un plus d'un mois. Facile à installer. Je l'utilise de façon presque constante sur 4 appareils. J'en suis à ce jour pleinement satisfait. Sur les anciennes versions Android. Ile faut veiller à ne pas fermer tous les programmes, sinon vous quittez le VPN et Kill Switch ne fonctionnera pas.
Tres bon vpn. Connexion très rapide et stable.

Current app for linux only has command line interface. It'd be great if there was a GUI like windows. Other than that, great VPN!!
So the app is overall ok. But this review is on the service. When requesting a refund, they simply do not honour this, so be warned. After multiple communications, I simply gave up.
Bought it mainly to use itv hub and bbc iplayer both don't work contacted customer services suggested a few things still doesnt work asked for money back 5 times (30 day money back NOT) STILL DOEST WORK Still no money back
Doesn't work within mainland China. It's been 6 weeks since my initial payment. It didn't work within mainland China then, it doesn't work within mainland China now. I contacted customer support, all I got was "we are dealing with the problem now." and "try using manual setup". I tried to go manual according to the instruction on the Surfshark website, didn't work either. I would have rated it 1 star but the vpn still works outside mainland China. It is nice and easy to use so I give it a 2 star.
Ihave been with surfshark for about a month and while the server speeds are adequate for my limited needs, it is disappointing that from a disconnected basic down and up of 37 and 9Mb typical, most of the time the Surfshark connections only give me around 20Mb down speed. This is a massive drop considering I only use the system for basic Web browsing. I have speed checked on several servers, and none produce anything better.
