i havent found a reason to use his vpn, it doesn't block data usage, the foreign netflix feature doesnt work, half the time with the vpn on i cant connect to anything,
This VPN is super easy to use. Many choices of servers worldwide. The tech support is second to none, and I have used other VPN software to know this for a fact.
I've had Surfshark for less than a month, during which I've called support twice. Two different persons responded. Both gave me superb support. Clear, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Surfshark itself is dead easy to use, perfect for the non-tech members of my family (the majority!). Thank you Surfshark.

Simple to work with and great online support. The VPN will be detected by some major content providers, so not a panacea for those wishing to access content regardless of geography.

Not a very good program for Linux, plus no notification of a disconnection on Apple. I joined Surfshark because it is cheaper than others I looked at that supported Linux. Linux software is command line only and you need to know what you are doing to set it to automatically start up. When it drops connection there is no notification that the connection is dropped so you could be surfing without the VPN running and not know it until you check. It would be best if the network connection was dropped when the VPN crashes. Maybe there is a way to do it manually but there really should be a decent install program. Apple OS X has a nicer program and is very easy to use and auto-start but it still suffers from no notifications when they VPN loses connection. Again, it would be better to cut off internet connection when VPN fails. I have no idea about the MS Windows software because I don't use MS Windows. If the software was sorted out then I would give five stars. If you know your way around Linux scripts then you should be able to make this work for you, apart from initial connection when you have to chose a server. There seems to be no way to automatically select and connect to a server without human interaction.
On mac no ad blocker. Keeps turning itself off.Poor app features.There is nothing wrong with my mac or internet connection
I installed Surfshark, I got it up and running with no problems and I now have a VPN. PERFECT. Highly recommeded
