Easy to use, well laid out, self explanatory and so far not one issue. I have used the app on Apple devices and Amazon 4K Firestick. I travel international a lot and never had a speed issue when using “connect to fastest server”

If you want a VPN that's easy to use, reliable and one of the most affordable services you'll ever get, I recommend Surfshark. I trusted MrMobile's sponsored video when I signed up with Surfshark and they've proven themselves to me. The app is very straightforward and fast to load. I get to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime video without any geo restrictions and for me, it was cheaper than $1 a month. That's what I call a steal. Highly recommended!

I haven't used a VPN in a number of years, but this has been a bummer because of the number of sites that don't let you browse using some of the VPNs. Using Kansas City, I have been prevented from going to sites like Reverb.com I can do it from Chicago and another one. I don't know if this would happen with other VPNs, but its a bummer either way.

The client is clean and intuitive, and there are more than enough servers to connect to. I have already recommended this to family and friends and would recommend it anyone looking to get a VPN.

I had some problems downloading and connecting for various reasons and Gabby was fabulous. She patiently spent at least half an hour going through all the different options to try until it was resolved and I was fully connected, Had been trying for days and getting rather frustrated but she calmly guided me through. Thanks so much, Gabby! (the Surfshark demon) The best customer service I have received in a long time

It works great most of the time but sometimes it gives me trouble when I try to use some of my messaging apps ie.Takes a while to send a message. I had trouble using some other apps but it was mostly operator error and that was solved using Whitelister. So overall, I would recommend without a doubt.

Fantastic the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is I think it would be easier if when i tried to upload a screeen shot it would work using the chat window. Jason did a fantastic job helping me get the vpn setup on my router!

I'm completely VPN illiterate and had no clue where to begin. So, I started a live chat with Finley and was so glad he was a patient man! He explained everything I needed to do based on the devices I have and the router I am currently using. He was able to lay out the basics (For Dummies) that I could understand and helped me make some decisions that I would have never been able to make without his help. This was a great way for them to start out with a new customer. I look forward to using their service as soon as I get a new router !!

So my previous VPN sold out to a known cyber stalker and I had to make a change fairly quickly. I read several Top 10 VPN articles and Surfshark was in all of them. The more I read their reviews, the better I liked them, and at the time they had a 2 year deal. I paid, downloaded the software and was up and running in about 5 minutes. Im not all that tech savvy so if I can operate Surfshark, anyone can. And finding out that South Korea is one of the countries I can tunnel through is an absolute bonus - the fact that I can watch Korean dramas on Netflix that are not available in the US makes me VERY happy. I would definitely recommend Surfshark.

The Team at Surfshark has been great. I had an issue with payment and right away I could tell they were legitimate from the standpoint someone was available and took care of the payment issue immediately. This shows they are highly service-oriented which was way more than what I can say about many other companies selling a service online these days. Surfshark is a great product and I have 30 plus years in IT behind me to say that.
