I worked with David this morning for close to 2 hours and he never gave up on me. He finally figured what was wrong and I am now a very happy customer. This guy deserves a raise, He is super helpful!
I used to be an avid user of PIA until they were acquired by Kape. After that, I was back on the hunt for a new provider. After considering my options, I decided to go with Surfshark. The things that brought me to them were their incredible prices (like seriously, best prices I've seen), the wide array of features, and the speed and reliability. There have been numerous times where I have forgotten to turn my VPN off to play online games such as Rainbow Six Siege and GTA V. In those cases, I had little to no noticeable lag or performance drop. That's insane! Combine that with their no-logs policy and independent audit and you've got yourself an outstanding VPN provider. Props to the team over at Surfshark, keep doing what ya'll are doing!
After installing my Internet speed slowed to a crawl. When I asked for a refund they insisted on getting more details before issuing it even though my request was made the day after purchase.
Best customer Service out of the 5 I have used in the past as they are nice and all. But speed is hit or miss sometimes great and other times slow as it feels like they are throttling your speed.
VPN is great, definitely worth getting. I have also used their live chat and the customer service was excellent. Nelly resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Thanks!

Surfshark worked well to begin with but the problems started after the 30 day cancellation period. The connection speeds are slow compared to other VPNs. The connection drops regularly. I've also used AVG and PrivateVPN. Streaming from Iplayer or ITV Hub is really frustrating with continuous interruptions and buffering delays. I have spent hours with their online support but this has failed to improve the situation. Surfshark have refused to refund me so I'm stuck with a 24 month subscription that doesn't work. I have no choice but to take a second VPN subscription with a reliable VPN provider. UPDATE FOLLOWING SURFSHARK RESPONSE: All VPNs are affected by the many factors you listed but other VPNs perform without problems under exactly the same conditions. I have already given you a second chance, in fact 5 chances with 5 of your support staff and the performance has not improved but more of my time has been wasted. You have repeatedly failed to resolve the issue so I do not believe that it is possible for you to resolve it. You say you are sorry on a public forum but in private your message is always that I passed the 30 day money back guarantee period and despite your admission that the VPN doesn't work as it should you refuse to refund me for the remainder of my subscription. This product is not fit for purpose!
If you do not close CleanWeb (block ads, trackers and malware), you cannot access certain Websites. Connecting to and disconnecting from the server is much slower than other VPNs. However, this price applies to 2 years of unlimited devices, which is cheaper and affordable.
