When using this VPN, having now used it for a few months, I have tested many times using different speed test methods and at all times of the day and night. One thing is consistent and an absolute definite... this VPN reduces your upload and download speed by over 2 thirds! I consistently get over 21 mbs download when not on the VPN, when connected to this VPN, it is barely 6 mbs download speed! This is not acceptable. It also takes an absolute age to connect when I switch on my PC, and the auto connect NEVER works, each time I have to manually connect. I would never purchase Surfsharks VPN service again and certainly would not recommend it. I purchased it because it was just about the cheapest at the time, now I see just why!
The VPN gives you peace of mind when online or when doing banking etc out and about. This was the real reason I wanted it as you can't help being paranoid especially when using your mobile phone and that there are so many hackers and scams about. On the down side though I have to switch it off to use Spotify, Netflix and occasionally my emails.
Excellent connection, I find I have to connect manually every time though, so i probably need to check some settings. But so far very good. I changed to Surfshark from VPN express, as the connection kept dropping out and wouldnt re/connect, after many online chats with them I had to change settings to the least secure to get it to work. He blamed the chinese as I was working in Kazakhstan but the SURFSHARK connection works all the time.
The best and easiest vpn ever. Period. I had one issue and they solved it quicker than it took to get hold of support team.

You can choose your prefered city to operate through and it does not slow your computer down at all.
There’s nothing to complain about, good prices, good connection, good customer service.
Service always great. Price was great but I was a bit disappointed to see it costs more to be better protected,didn’t realize there were different levels,but must say so far when I needed service they are excellent.
Aide entre autre à éviter une partie des pubs. Fonctionnement très fluide.
