I have used Surfshark multiple times to create VPNs in Canada and the UK. In each case the connection was solid and the speed great enough tp allow for seamless streaming video. The price is very competitive, the coverage extensive enough to meet my needs and probably those of most users. The is no discernable lag when routing traffic through the VPN and you have the peace of mind of the increased security offered by a VPN. I am happy with my choice.

As far as I am concerned, Surfshark is exactly like "Ronseal". It does precisely what it says on the tin. I don't use the more advanced features but it does what I need it to do.
A complete waste of time! I purchased a two year package after confirming on webchat that if it stopped working during the two year period I would get a refund, yet they are now refusing despite the service becoming unuseable! I think they've forgotten it's a "paid" service so customers have an expectation that you should get what you pay for or your money back! I've spent hours over the past 6 months on webchat trying different things, pretty disappointing when VPN is the basis of their business but they still can't get it working in countries they say it works in! The Surfshark app has never worked in the UAE despite being told their services work in the UAE, instead I am having to waste my time "manually" checking servers and at best I upto around 4/5mb download but generally around 1mb! Overall pretty disappointed!!
I've tried three VPNs over the last year and this is the fastest and most stable.

No interruption during transmission and good quality pictures.
Definitely slows internet connection, and even with correct settings you need to confirm connection after hours of sitting idle. I think there may be a better product out there.
UAE location did not work for 5 days :( Everything else is good.
I tried the rest (Trials) and Surfshark is the best.
