Just did a Live Chat session with Adam. He was patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, and was happy to help a second time as well, after I'd installed the Surfshark VPN software. So far so good!
Just had an on-line chat session with Jayden as I was having trouble setting up my DD-WRT router with Open VPN using the Surfshark tutorials. Jayden took a quick look at my settings, made a recommendation & solved my issue in minutes.

For Windows, the Client is ok for the price. With that said, the Linux client is absolutely unusable. I don't have a problem with using a command line, but there isn't even an option to choose the country you want to connect to immediately, you have to scroll through the entire list and then type in the number. Also, a lot of features just aren't there. It's easier to list the features that the Linux client has, which are "Connect to fastest server" and "Connect to specific country" and that's it. No whitelist, no CleanWeb and no auto-connect. The whole Linux-Client looks like it was written by a CS-student interning at Surfshark. I say this because I am a CS-student myself and it looks like something I could have written. The worst thing of all (which is the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 3 or 4), is that as soon as you start the client, it literally tells you that they store credentials in clear text. CLEAR TEXT. That's unacceptable, especially since they pride themselves with being "secure". They just shouldn't offer/advertise a Linux client if it has no features / is a security risk. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is that I also use the client on Windows / Android, which works even though they also have some occasional problems, like the "Connect to fastest server" not working.
Easy to use and quite fast.
For our security, use Surfshark! friendly use and top for tv, pc, smartphone and tablet
Very pleased it does what it's supposed to do protect your stuff from outside interference
