Very happy with the service so far. Unlike some other affordable VPN service, Surfshark doesn't get auto disconnected & speeds are stable irrespective of servers I connect to. Lot of choices too in terms of servers (countries) to connect from.
Speed of internet go down when using Surfshark.
surfshark are incredible, affordable, easy to use, and come on when it is supposed, unlike other more expensive vpn sites that are soooooooooo tempermental. I love it and have already recommended to all my friends. have found the vpn for life lynn
Surfshark didn't work with BBC-iPlayer during the 30-day trial period but I never got my money back. Still not working 6 months later. Here's my latest complaint to them... "I signed up for a free trial of Surfshark VPN service with a 30-day money-back guarantee. I purchased Surfshark VPN so I could watch UK online TV when I go abroad. But this feature didn’t work. On 11thSept, and before the 30-day trial expired, I emailed you with an ultimatum: either get the UK online TV streaming working or give me a refund. You never got it working reliably and you never honoured the 30-day money-back promise."

The issue was fixed within a day. Whats not to like... Awesome customer service. This company is going places if they can maintain this same level of support! Thanks a lot folks
Easy to use, does exactly what I need it to and price can't be beat.
Worst ever... Not even CONNECTING but you ppl deducted full year money... Not only this but also no one reply that when it's not even CONNECTING then y not refunding my money at least.
Good VPN, fast, affordable, effective & easy to use. I have used it on Windows 10 Desktop PCs and Android Mobiles and am happy with it. Would have been 5* but I had a technical issue that I raised with SurfShark technical support, and though I found the support responsive, it was 1st line only (means not very tecnhical people) but I sound a 'solution' myself. Btw, look put for cashback deals when youre thinking of purchasing!
