Great value for money VPN, and very fast connection speed
Utilisation sous iOS, Android et win7 : super rapide à s’exécuter Débit excellent sur mes serveurs préférés Top la possibilité d’avoir une IP static pour ce prix Je viens de tester avec succès la fonctionnalité Kill switch dans le setting de l'application (pas dans les features). De plus lors de la déconnexion volontaire de l'utilisateur, dans cette version, l'application demande si le kill switch doit être maintenu ou pas. Donc très satisfait de ce VPN qui a tout d'un grand : il a remplacé dans mon installation NordVPN avec succès.

Het is misschien nog niet 100 % met bevindingen maken maar buiten dat werkt het heel goed als ik tenminste mag uitgaan van websites waar je kunt zien welk IP nummer je hebt en waar je je eigen bevind. En ik beveel het zeker aan om surfshark te gaan gebruiken.
Good Mobile app, user friendly. Mobile connection is limited in terms of destinations. Computer connections are all working. Great value and price.
ive been to nord and other vpn services. nothing comes close to the great customer service that surfshark provides. their vpn service need not be questioned its the best out there!
I love the ease of use, the privacy and the unlimited number of devices that surfshark allows. The chrome plug in works great on my laptop and to top it off surfshark monthly fees are so low!!
Very easy setup that works across most platforms, os and devices. Only device I came across that did not work was on my Android MiBox Tv. Netflix and the ability to change location was great. Price was cost effective especially with discount codes and endorsements from Kara & Nate and Strictly Dumpling Channels on YouTube. Would recommend. 👍
La atención al cliente por e-mail es muy buena. Te responden en un par de horas, son muy amables, no te hacen de estupido (mismo que no seas experto en estas tecnologias) y ademas tienen videos tutoriais que explican muy bien. No les doy cinco estrellas por que la velocidad de internet ni siempre es la mejor para hacer streaming en Full HD. Para un usuario normal de internet esto te le va a servir estupendamente. Para los precios que pratican la cualidad del servicio esta muy bien.
Very disappointed that I am not able to choose my preferred location. I am also annoyed that I was charged 20% VAT on the subscription. No mention of this in the blurb, as I was lead to believe the price was inclusive of vat. Should I have been charged VAT anyway? British Virgin Islands?? 'Tis true I guess that you get what you pay for. Would I recommend Surfshark? Well it is fairly easy to set up on a router, although sometimes it doesn't seem as secure as it could be. We'll see what time brings. Stay away from the Chinese Disease and Stay safe.
