I love this vpn it protect you wherever you go
Reasonable price and good service
Top programma. Ik had het niet echt nodig maar het werkte heel goed. Trouwens een tip: als je het koopt voor csgo of andere spellen waar dingen verboden zijn qua kisten te openen werkt het niet maar op netflix is het heel erg goed. Ik vroeg mijn geld terug en dat wat binnen 10 minuten al geregeld. Top klantenservice ook.
Honestly the worst customer service ever! Asked them to cancel my subscription, after emailing them back and forth got charged again the next month! There is no option to cancel subscription via their app and you have to email them and you get asked a lot of questions... who does that?? I want it cancelled cos its not even working properly, the android app is poor and selection of servers are appalling!
SurfShark has a reputation that I rely on for protecting my secure access to the internet. Pings are very reasonable and almost not noticeable and with access points around the world, I have a wide selection to choose from automagically connecting to those I've selected. Being able to select which Domains and/or applications I want to have bypass the VPN is stupid-simple making it so that I can connect to my work VPN without going through the SurfShark VPN easily and without thought. I also very much like the fact that I can shut down network traffic if my SurfShark client is not connected so I don't have to worry about data leakage in the event my wireless drops and then comes back up and apps are accessing the network while SurfShark is reconnecting. I've wanted/needed a personal VPN for a LOOOOONG time but until SurfShark came along, I didn't find any of what was available that to my needs, was any better than a direct connection to the Internet.
I’m using it on my iphone and at times (most times) it will not connect when I turn on my phone from sleep. There are times the connection just drops and whatever I’m doing stops. For the last year I used Express VPN but their cost went up to $100 a year so I switch to Surfshark. Express worked great the majority of time but their greed got the best of them. I would recommend Surfshark but would caution people about my experience.

Questa vpn rallenta in maniera brutale la connessione. Senza vpn ho una velocita' effettiva (test con speedtest) di 170 Mbps, con Surfshark se va bene ca. 40 Mbps! Con un altra Vpn raggiungo i 150 Mbps. Mi hanno invitato a elaborare dns e altri complicati espedienti. Inoltre scegliendo il cosidetto " server piu' veloce" dopo molti tentativi mi collega con un server svizzero lontano 400 km. Il servizio clienti e' gia' stato contattato e (ripeto ancora una volta) mi dice di cambiare dns e altre empiriche soluzioni. Una VPN deve essere veloce, sicura e di semplice esecuzione, cosa che con Surfshark non accade! Dal prossimo mese passo a un altro fornitore.
Surf shark is simple to use and it’s reliable. Only rarely do I have to turn it off to get certain websites to load. All in all I am happy with it.
