Tried it only for a week but no issue so far, and customer support was excellent when I had a minor issue. Definitely recommended.

Best feature is scanning for password leaks. Worst thing about Surfshark is the drastic decline in speeds)(from 300 mbps to 25 mbps) after connecting to the VPN. Also, my windows machine experiences frequent disconnections after connecting to this VPN. The prices are also not the lowest out there. I chose it for its resonable price with above average reviews. But, my old PIA VPN was much better in performance.

Since I have loaded SS on my phone and laptop (windows10) I have issues with my wifi and video downloads. On my laptop (brand new HP) I can’t even log onto your site without shutting SS down. This started as soon as I installed VPN. I obviously do not know how to set up the programming and do not know where to go from here. If there is an installation manual I haven’t found it.

Nice and easy, fast to connect, good value fee. If anything, could do with more connection options in the UK (with fast internet speeds even connected).

Surfshark works well on my phone and tablet, but not so on my tv. When I go to the app on my tv, only the Surfshark screen shows, not allowing me to connect.

I am not tech minded so I find the simplicity of Surfshark ideal for me. I have used other VPN providers in the past but could never really understand all their gismos which were lost on me. Surfshark on the other hand is so easy to set up and use. I shall be remaining with this provider in the future.

Surfshark is best if used with US cities (for US users) selected. Almost 100 % connection in a fast period of time. I had trouble trying to connect with Surfshark at cities such as Seattle, San Francisco and most west coast cities. Certain URL's will not allow a Surfshark connection to Netflix, credit unions and I suspect more like these. All in all, I am pleased with Surfshark at a great price for their services.
