Very good although using Netflix out of region is bit hit or miss. Online help very useful and very quick have managed to keep me up and running. For the price and service so far - exceptional.

I love surfshark. The app is simple yet thorough and beautifully designed, and the customer service is present, friendly, and hardworking (and the price – wowza). It pains me to give these services anything less than 5 stars, but I would be lying if I gave it anything otherwise. I have deducted 2 stars because of my three qualms with these services: 1. Oftentimes, my VPN connection will drop as it's being used, and although I really only use it for Netflix, this can get very frustrating if I'm watching something interesting and in the middle it gets cut off because "Netflix can't be reached". This seems to happen less when I use certain more mainstream locations, but if I try to use, let's say London, it'll cut off or not start at all. 2. Part of why I picked surfshark was due to it's supposed functionality with firesticks. However, althought Netflix opens and displays everything that my "new location" allows, the videos will not play. I can browse British Netflix, but I can't watch anything. I chatted with customer service in an attempt to fix my problem, and after 3 hours and countless efforts, even customer service did not know what else could be done. 3. My third issue isn't all too bothersome as I don't use prime video very often, however, it seems as though surfshark as no effect on prime video because the proxy is immediately detected. Initially, surfshark worked splendidly with prime video, but it appears they updated their system and now surfshark doesn't work. I would gladly give 6 out of 5 stars if these issues did not exist, but it would not be right. I cannot wholeheartedly say I would recommend surfshark because of these defects unless I were recommending it to someone who only had intentions of using surfshark on everything other than a firestick. tl;dr: I love surfshark and recommend it to everyone EXCEPT FIRESTICK USERS .
Fast , secure and economical .
I got the VPN so I could access TV from NZ while overseas but using it recently I was unable to connect. When using the VPN to surf some web sites it will not connect.
Easy to use, browser plugin is great. Good performance and affordable.
A great VPN with easy to use interface and excellent value. Very customizable and really keeps you safe. You can have it bypass the VPN for certain apps if desired. Really like this one...
