Service works it changes your IP as it says on the tin so if your unlocking things like netfix to show different content then yes it works but in very disappointed because when I use it to watch a film its dreadful constantly buffering and stopping the film. I brought Surfshark because it boasted you can put it on unlimited device and that it have fast speeds and it's TRUE you can put it on as many devices as you want but when I use it to watch netflix or if I use a movie streaming app it just buffers. I have changed it to the fastest I have played around with changing it to different places it's always the same yet if I turn Surfshark off it never butter and runs perfectly fine. Good service if your looking to hide your IP for browsing the net and if you want to unlock netflix content etc but for watching films I'd score this low. Thanks Dave
Great range of servers, good features and reliable. I like whitelistet which lets choose which apps to pass through through the VPN and which to bypass. Connection speeds are as good as they come, but the most important thing is that they have a responsive and helpful customer service.
Surfshark is brilliant and so easy to use. But the real thing is it's completely free.
iplocation.net blijft aangeven dat de gekozen Nederlandse server in GB staat. Hierdoor werken m.i. sommige apps niet. Vaak helpdesk geïnformeerd maar nog steeds geen adequate oplossing. Surfshark zou hier niets aan kunnen doen, maar het zou aan de apps liggen, w.o. Ziggo Go. Ziggo Go zegt dat ik me buiten de EU bevind. Kies ik de Belgische server, dan werkt het wel......
Schnell, sicher und einfach.
Fast and reliable connections are invaluable. The installation process was fast and straightforward. (I am very none technical). Surfshck never lets me down compared with my last VPN software Norton). I read loads of independent reviews before I bought Surfshack and it continually comes out on top. I trust it to do what it says it does and I'm so glad I chose Surfshack
Need more servers in China
Until January 2020 my preferred VPN service which I used from within China (Shanghai) was Express VPN which unfortunately stopped working for me for most of the time. I then tried Surfshark via their android and windows app which didn´t work as well (from Shanghai). Their customer support suggested me to use openvpn and connecting it to their servers which works very well now. It is fast enough to watch Youtube. Best VPN from within China for me at the moment. Constant drop in speed and have to sign in to a of my account every time I turn on the vpn
The biggest positive feature is the actual speed of operation, there are rarely any transmission delays.The second bonus is ease of operation. Everything is logical and easy to use.
