Not working ! I need my money back
I would give 5 starts, but I haven’t used it to it’s full potential. From my experience, a company may provide a great product but it’s complete s$!7 after their customer service gets ahold of you. Thank you again (I forgot your name). My issue was super short and simple. Going in I was fully expecting my resolution process taking at least 15 min and 3 games of phone tag. Ik it’s a small thing but that really made my day. Thank you again!
Top notch so far, you need to experiment a little if your not used to using a VPN, but once mastered opens up endless possibilities. Recommended
Started using Surfshark today, set up was as easy as downloading the app and connecting. I would say speeds are consistent with the distance of the servers connected to. So, close servers are faster than ones further away; which is to be expected. I was going to run some speed tests for servers further away, it wouldn't be fair with what is going on globally. I did visit IPleak and DNSleak to see if everything was in order, I'm no expert but everything seemed to be fine. So far everything works as advertised and at a good price, I'm glad I switched to Surfshark; however time will tell and if anything drastic happens I'll update. Thumbs up.

Amazing product and great customer service. I purchased the SurfShark VPN and installed it on multiple platforms (IOS & Windows). Had a small issue with a Windows device. Nelly from customer service was very professional and effective. She guided me through the entire process in a fast manner. There was no waiting to get service. Would definitely recommend their product and service.
Una VPN terribile, Amazon e Google bloccano costantemente qualsiasi IP inserito chiedendo di inserire un captcha perché notano attività sospette dell'account (questo la dice lunga sui loro server). Inoltre, con l'ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più la versione per Mac e dopo UNA MATTINATA passata in chat con il loro supporto (che fa finta di non capire) mi hanno passato la versione vecchia. Ora io vi chiedo, per risparmiare 30 euro ha senso comprare questa vpn rispetto ad altre che sono tutto un altro livello? Ah dimenticavo, dopo 30 giorni nessun rimborso, non puoi cedere l'account a terzi quindi praticamente ti hanno fregato i soldi.
