Overall, I'm happy with SurfShark VPN. I have one issue. When I first installed SurfShark it gave the option to setup a trusted network (home network for example). After a recent update, SurfShark still allows to setup a trusted network but only if the app is given Location access "at all times". On my Android devices, I can enable Location services but there is no additional option to "allow at all times". It's an annoyance to manually turn VPN on/off, especially when wanting to connect to smart devices.
Easy to set up and make it work thanks to the friendly user interface. Wish it could find a way to work on Roku TV.
I've been a customer for over a year. I've used all the big competitors. Well, you get what you pay for...Surfshark is cheaper, but none of the streaming services connect AT ALL. I use it simply for privacy when browsing. Customer support couldn't help me and is slow to respond.
Recent purchase, it loads easily, interface easy to understand and, as for working, so far so good - more than I can say for my old laptop! I like the ability to transfer to another computer. Does exactly what it says on the box,very efficient. My only problem is that some of the sites I visit refuse me access as they see the attempted access as being from the wrong area . That actually proves that Surfshark does its job I suppose. If it takes you abroad ,you can't do the Lottery.

Vpn works well and is easy to use. You can even watchc netflix from other countries, but when you use a vpn from a far away country it starts getting really slow.
